The menu is suitable for functions up to 150 people. It includes our chef; catering assistant and waiting staff to arrive on site approximately 6 hours prior to your chosen serve time. “spitrroast’s can’t be rushed “We lay tables with crockery and napkins. The main course will be served as a buffet. The chef will serve your meat straight from the spit, while the waiting staff assists in serving the various other dishes. All our crockery and rubbish will be cleared away discreetly and taken off site by our staff. We provide disposable plates and cutlery, should you require White China Crockery and Stainless Cutlery for an additional £1 per person.
* All we require from you on the day would be
1.) a few (2-3) trestle tables to set up our Salads, Crock- & Cutlery, Breads and condiments
2.) Sufficient light for an evening function
3.) Access to an electricity point
4.) Dishes for any leftovers and
5.) A VERY GOOD APPETITE. .
* We require a 3 x 3 meter space in order to set up our gazebo which is used to cover us from any unwanted British weather. .
Where possible we like to visit your chosen venue with you prior to the big day. This way we can see the facilities first had and ensure smooth service on your special day
